★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei um telefone fixo da marca Aquário e sempre tinha algum problema. levava para a loja para ver se eles podiam concertar e sempre concertavam, até aí tudo bem. só que no mês de dezembro de 2021 o telefone deu o mesmo problema e como sempre levei ele para a loja na esperança de que fosse a última vez. bom, estava errada.
tem meses que meu telefone está lá e até hoje não consigo nenhum tipo de retorno. é sempre a mesma história de que "na terça feira chegará" e nunca chega. tenho duas filhas menores de idade que necessitam do uso do telefone e um marido doente, por essas razões não posso ficar sem o telefone.
o pior é que agora o proprietário n sabe nem para onde ele mandou o telefone e disse que n vão me devolver meu dinheiro mesmo meu telefone estando na garantia.
não recomendo os serviços dele de jeito nenhum.
 I bought an Aquário landline phone and I always had a problem. I took it to the store to see if they could fix it and they always fixed it, so far so good. only in December 2021 the phone had the same problem and as always I took it to the store hoping it would be the last time. well, I was wrong.
My phone has been there for months and I still can't get any kind of return. it's always the same story that "on tuesday will come" and it never comes. I have two underage daughters who need to use the phone and a sick husband, so I can't do without the phone.
the worst thing is that now the owner doesn't even know where he sent the phone and said they won't give me my money back even though my phone is under warranty.
I do not recommend his services at all.
