Tive q ficar ligando e eles só me falavam q "ACHO Q É O DISPLAY, Q NAO COMPENSAVA ARRUMAR" ( pra mim nem se quer abriram o televisor). Pois comprei outro televisor e mandei em outro técnico de manhã, qdo foi a tarde ele já tinha arrumado e não tinha nada de display. Só dei uma estrela pois não tinha outro jto de escrever. Falta de interesse e descaso com o cliente.
After 2 weeks of waiting for a quote, they didn't get back to me telling me what the problem was. I had to keep calling and they just told me that "I THINK IT'S THE DISPLAY, THAT IT DOESN'T PAY TO FIX IT" (for me, they didn't even open the TV). Because I bought another TV and sent it to another technician in the morning, when it was the afternoon he had already fixed it and there was no display. I only gave it one star because I didn't have anything else to write home about. Lack of interest and disregard for the customer.
