★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra lá, perguntando por um produto, o cara pediu para eu esperar e me esqueceu...fiquei um tempo na linha até que desisti e desliguei. Agora o telefone está fora do gancho e não tenho como ligar de novo.
I called there, asking for a product, the guy asked me to wait and forgot me ... I stayed on the line for a while until I gave up and hung up. Now the phone is off the hook and I have no way to call again.

Bad phone service, and it wasn't an employee who answered, it was the owner, she doesn't know the product and she still answers as if she were doing her a favor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo!!! A loja fecha 17h. Cheguei lá faltando 15 min pra fechar e nenhum funcionário queria me atender. Parecia que eles estavam fazendo um favor!!! Enfim, não recomendo!!!
Terrible service!!! The store closes at 5 pm. I got there 15 minutes before closing time and no employee wanted to help me. It felt like they were doing you a favor!!! All in all, I don't recommend it!!!
