Deixamos uma tv da minha mãe antes do Natal, disseram que só poderiam avaliar e passar o orçamento para conserto após o ano novo, até aí ok. Contudo, passaram várias semanas e nada de entrar em contato. Ligamos algumas vezes e sequer fomos atendidos, quando atendido, não faltaram desculpas.
Fomos pessoalmente buscar alguma notícia, e depois de muita demora pra localizar o aparelho, por conta da desorganização, a TV não havia sido ainda analisada. Pedimos a tv de volta, insistiram que iriam fazer a análise naquele momento.
Para nossa surpresa disseram que não havia como consertar que não existia no mercado mais peças para a TV e foi condenada. Pedimos a tv para levar, houve um questionamento do funcionário se queríamos mesmo levar a tv mesmo quebrada, que podia deixar na loja mesmo, respondemos que sim, íamos levar, afinal a tv era nossa.
A mesma TV foi levada para conserto em Feira de Santana no dia seguinte e foi consertada no mesmo dia ao preço de R$ 290,00, está em perfeitas condições.
Não recomendo essa loja pra ninguém, falta de cuidado, transparência e respeito com o cliente.
Total lack of professionalism. They don't communicate with the customer. We left my mother's TV before Christmas, they said they could only evaluate and budget for repairs after the new year, so far ok. However, several weeks have passed and no contact has been made. We called a few times and were not even answered, when answered, there was no shortage of excuses.
We went personally to get some news, and after a long delay in locating the device, due to disorganization, the TV had not yet been analyzed. We asked for the tv back, they insisted that they would do the analysis at that moment.
To our surprise, they said there was no way to fix it as there were no more parts for the TV on the market and it was condemned. We asked for the tv to take away, there was a question from the employee if we really wanted to take the tv, even if it was broken, that we could leave it in the store, we replied that yes, we were going to take it, after all the tv was ours.
The same TV was taken for repair in Feira de Santana the next day and was repaired on the same day at the price of R$ 290.00, it is in perfect condition.
I don't recommend this store to anyone, lack of care, transparency and respect for the customer.
