 I left 2 TV's with defects for the budget, the guy who attends is very bad-faced and brown! I took my TV back without doing the job because of it! You are losing customers because of one person!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, 15/10/2020, percebi má vontade na transmissão de informações por telefone... Não sei como é o conserto de TV, MAS o atendimento da loja, ao telefone, precisa ser reparado.
Melhor procurar uma loja que entenda que o cliente não é um pedinte, mas um pagador pelo serviço prestado.
Today, 10/15/2020, I noticed an unwillingness to transmit information over the phone ... I don't know how TV repairs are, BUT the store's service, over the phone, needs to be repaired.
Better to look for a store that understands that the customer is not a beggar, but a payer for the service provided.

Faz reparo nos aparelhos bem e preço justo, recomendo a todos.
O atendente já não posso falar o mesmo

Gerência ruim de negociação e faz pouco caso do cliente, não demosntra interesse em solicionar o problema do cliente dentro das suas possibilidades. Orçamento demora uma semana e após o orçamento se o cliente não aceitar o valor e resolver consertar num segundo momento é cobrado uma taxa adicional de R$60,00 além do valor do conserto. Orçamentos em média 50% mais caro que outras oficinas.
Resumindo... Atendimento péssimo, valores acima da media de mercado e local dificilimo de estacionar. Mesmo depois de um lockdown o comerciante não aprendeu a valorizar o cliente... Surpresaaaa vcs não são a unica oficina de eletrónicos do mundo !!! Não perca seu tempo nem dinheiro nesse lugar eles não o merecem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conhecia essa loja apesar de passar várias vezes na porta, fui atendido pelo funcionário felipe sem saber que era o técnico, mostrei o problema que tinha e em 5 minutos ele resolveu. Atendimento nota mil... Parabéns. Voltarei certamente.
