★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muito difícil este estabelecimento esta difícil, todos os dias ligo e ninguém atende. Ligo de manha varias vezes, a tarde varias vezes e ninguém atende.
Fora as peças nunca chegam já faz mais de 60 dias minha televisão e nada de peça.
TODA VEZ QUE VOU LA ME DIZ NA QUARTA CHEGA A PEÇA E NADA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha televisão nova nunca tinha ido a uma assistência técnica,porem um certo dia ela não ligava,levei neste estabelecimento para orçamento,porém fui informado que o problema era a placa principal que tinha queimado,o orçamento foi avaliado em R$ 650,OO reais, não aprovei o orçamento e fui buscar meu aparelho,chegando la o proprietário do estabelecimento me fez proposta para comprar minha tv por R$ 250,00 reais,não aceitei a proposta dele e trouxe a tv para casa,comecei a pesquisar na internet e vi que o valor da placa principal era de R$ 267,OO reais,então encomendei a placa e fui eu mesmo fazer a troca da referida,para minha surpresa quando abri a tv vi que a placa que estava nela era uma placa velha contendo até o nome de um cliente,fiquei indignado com oque eu vi,mas resolvi não questiona-lo porque deus sabe de todas as coisas,resumindo fiz a troca da placa e minha tv esta funcionando novamente como nova, não vou acusa-lo de nada mas leia o meu relato e tire a conclusões de vocês.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisaram ficar mais de 20 dias com meu home theater pra dizerem que não sabem consertar aparelho da marca. Isso porque tive de ir lá para ter a resposta, pois não entram em contato, tampouco atendem telefone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que já vi! Demorou uma semana só pra fazer o orçamento. Depois fiquei 2 semanas tentando ligar e ninguém atendeu! Quando finalmente me ligaram de novo falei que não queria que arrumasse o ventilador e passaria pegar. Quando cheguei lá tinham arrumado sem minha autorização e não quiseram me devolver, tive que esperar que desfizessem o serviço que eu nunca solicitei. Nunca mais vou nesse lugar e não recomendo para ninguém!
Worst service I have ever seen! It took a week just to make the budget. Then I spent 2 weeks trying to call and no one answered! When they finally called me again, I said that I did not want the fan to be fixed and I would pick it up. When I got there they had arranged without my authorization and they did not want to give me back, I had to wait for them to undo the service I never asked for. I will never go to this place again and I will not recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O conserto de minha TV ficou em R$ 780,00, pois segundo o pessoal da VIMATRON, teria que trocar a placa principal. Paguei R$ 20,00, retirei minha TV e levei na ELETRÔNICA 2000 (Vinhedo). Abriram a TV e constataram apenas um cabeamento desencaixado. Encaixaram e ficaram testando por 4 dias e nada foi constatado. Me ligaram e pediram para pegar a TV....NÃO ME COBRARAM NADA.
The repair of my TV was R $ 780.00, because according to the VIMATRON staff, I would have to change the main board. I paid R $ 20.00, removed my TV and took it to ELECTRONICS 2000 (Vinhedo). They opened the TV and found only undocked cabling. They fit and were tested for 4 days and nothing was found. They called me and asked to get the TV .... I WAS NOT CHARGED FOR ANYTHING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone, não retornam sobre o conserto, não cumprem o prazo. Atendimento péssimo! Aprovei o orçamento há 3 semanas, paguei antecipado uma parte e não consigo mais contato com a empresa, precisarei sair de Campinas e ir pessoalmente no local. Se tivesse visto os comentários antes tinha pensado melhor em levar o televisor nessa eletrônica. Detalhe que ainda nem sei o como minha TV vai ficar.
They do not answer the phone, do not return on repair, do not meet the deadline. Bad service! I approved the budget 3 weeks ago, I paid a portion in advance and I can no longer contact the company, I need to leave Campinas and go personally on site.
