★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de esta representante Eletroport em São Paulo não abrir a loja aos sábados, não conseguiu atender o serviço de assistência técnica domiciliar que foi agendado. Inicialmente, a empresa "se esqueceu" de fazer o meu cadastro com o requerimento. Na semana seguinte, consegui agendar com antecedência o serviço, marcado para o sábado com hora marcada. A empresa se recusou a me fornecer o celular do técnico que me atenderia, dizendo que ele entraria em contato comigo no caso de alguma eventualidade ocorresse. O técnico não apareceu nem ligou. Isto é um descaso com o cliente, uma completa falta de respeito e consideração.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui 2 vezes, muito bem atendida. A primeira levei um vídeo porteiro usado e o técnico pacientemente me mostrou como funcionava, testou na minha frente o aparelho e não cobrou nada por isso. A segundo comprei uma fechadura e também foram bem atenciosos. Recomendo. Não tem estacionamento, mas o entorno tem bastante lugar para estacionar.

The first one I took a video doorman used and the technician patiently showed me how it worked, tested the device in front of me and did not charge anything for it. The second I bought a lock and they were also very attentive. I recommend. There is no parking, but the surroundings have plenty of parking.
