★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não deveria ser considerado Auto Elétrico. Para trocar lâmpada e outras coisas simples OK, mas para problemas mais complicados relacionados à parte elétrica do carro melhor levar para outra oficina, não possuem sequer instrumentos para monitorar erros na parte elétrica do carro.
Entreguei meu carro para consertar o marcador de combustível e desde então o aplicativo que uso para monitorar o estado do carro tem alertado sobre erro justamente no sistema de marcação do nível de combustível.
Voltei lá para falar isso e ignoraram o caso, afirmando que é "normal" (de fato, o marcador está funcionando), porém, alguma coisa está errada, ou o sistema não emitiria esse alerta. Como não fiquei satisfeito com a resposta, um cara que se apresentou como o responsável ofereceu dividir o custo de um conhecido dele para realizar o scan no veículo, prometendo entrar em contato comigo.
Até hoje, mais de um mês depois, aguardo o tal contato... ou seja, dão pouca atenção aos clientes também, o que bate com outros relatos feitos aqui sobre essa loja.
Não recomendo.
It should not be considered Auto Electric. To change light bulbs and other simple things OK, but for more complicated problems related to the electrical part of the car better to take to another workshop, do not even have instruments to monitor errors in the electrical part of the car.
I handed over my car to fix the fuel marker and since then the application I use to monitor the condition of the car has warned about error precisely in the fuel level marking system.
I went back to say that and ignored the case, stating that it is "normal" (in fact, the marker is working), but something is wrong, or the system would not issue this alert. As I was not satisfied with the answer, a guy who introduced himself as the person in charge offered to split the cost of an acquaintance of his to scan the vehicle, promising to contact me.
To this day, more than a month later, I await such contact ... that is, they give little attention to customers as well, which goes with other reports made here about this store.
I do not recommend.
