Nem se quer consegui um orçamentos. Entrei em contato com a empresa as 09:00 para fazer um orçamento, no local não fui atendido pois eu estava sem máscara(até então ok).
Então resolvi ligar para a loja, para explicar oq eu precisava e assim fazer um orçamento isso as 09:00, as 13:00 retornei pois tinha achado que o "otimo" funcionário deveria estar muito ocupado atendendo outros clientes e teria esquecido de me responder. Pois bem entrei em contato as 09:00 e até o presente momento nenhum retorno da empresa.
 I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.
I didn't even get a quote. I contacted the company at 9:00 am to make a quote, at the place I was not attended because I was without a mask (so far ok).
So I decided to call the store, to explain what I needed and make a budget so at 09:00, at 13:00 I returned because I thought that the "great" employee should be too busy serving other customers and would have forgotten to answer me . Well I got in touch at 09:00 and until now no return from the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei com um problema e sai com outro. Dia 4 de nov. deixei meu veiculo com um problema aparentemente elétrico, onde o carro morria durante o percurso e não ligava mais. Dia 5 de nov. recebo o orçamento de R$ 585,60 onde o serviço seria de apenas as troca das velas e limpeza de injeção. Dia 6 de nov. recebi a informação que seria acrescido mais R$ 684,00 devido a um novo problema, agora no sensor de fase, com desconto o serviço ficou em R$ 1048,60 com o orçamento aprovado o veiculo ficou pronto dia 10 de nov, porém 10 dias depois o veiculo apresentou os mesmos problemas e dia 23 de nov consegui levar na oficina novamente. Dia 04 de dez. me retornam informando que agora sim encontraram o problema real do veiculo, era um sensor de rotação do virabrequim, porém o serviço foi realizado sem minha aprovação do orçamento, e fui só informado do valor no momento de retirar o veículo, portanto tive que pagar mais R$ 522,80.
Porém no momento que retirei o veiculo já ouvi um barulho estranho que fui só descobrir o que era 6 dias depois no momento que parei no posto de gasolina, agora o problema era no motor da portinhola do tanque de combustível, retornando na oficina escutei que não poderiam fazer nada, que seria cobrado um novo valor para reparação do defeito e não fizeram o mínimo de esforço para pelo menor abrir a portinhola que estava emperrada para poder abastecer o veículo. Saindo de lá fui direto na Renault, e fizeram a gentileza de abrir e não me cobraram nada por isso.
Gastei mais de R$ 1500,00 na oficina e não fizeram o mínimo de esforço nessa situação, perderam um cliente, pois não retornarei e não recomendo.

Day 04 of Dec. they return to me informing that now they have found the real problem of the vehicle, it was a crankshaft rotation sensor, however the service was carried out without my approval of the budget, and I was only informed of the value at the time of removing the vehicle, so I had to pay more R $ 522.80.
But the moment I removed the vehicle I heard a strange noise that I just found out what it was 6 days later at the moment I stopped at the gas station, now the problem was with the engine of the fuel tank door, returning to the workshop I heard that they could do nothing, which would be charged a new amount for repairing the defect and did not make the least effort to at least open the hatch that was stuck to be able to fill the vehicle. Leaving there I went straight to Renault, and they were kind enough to open it and didn't charge me for it.
I spent over R $ 1500.00 in the workshop and they did not make the least effort in this situation, they lost a client, as I will not return and do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demoraram 5 dias para concluir o serviço. Deixei o carro com 1/4 de gasolina e recebi na reserva.
Só tinha um palito de gasolina e estava com a luz da reserva acesa. Ouvi do Sr Wagner Perrotti com toda educação que a luz de reserva não significava que estava na reserva e que um palito era 1/4 do tanque (que não é)
Justificaram que precisam tirar os carros e colocar novamente na garagem todo o dia, ou seja, quanto mais eles demoram, mais eles gastam.
O carro ficou pronto na rua em uma vaga extremamente apertada, encostado no carro da frente e engatado...
Tentaram me convencer que a foto do check de entrada com 1/4 era igual a foto do painel na reserva... Devo ser muito inocente mesmo
