All purchases I made had defective products, however, after much complaint there was exchange of the product. Although it has affordable prices and payment terms these problems unfortunately discourage the clientele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha mais de dois anos compro na loja de caetite sempre compro e pago certo, porém estou muito descepcionada com um que se diz Gerente pois comprei um celular em Novembro quando foi em Fevereiro deu problema levei na loja eo tal gerente foi tão mau educado e não queria nem q eu falasse nada e passando a responsabilidade da loja quando se trata de garantia para mim levar até o correio e até hoje não tenho resposta quatro meses sem usar o celular.Estou muito triste pois sou cliente de quase todas as lojas de caetite e todos sempre mim trataram bem, um arrependimento imenso por ter procurado tal loja.
For more than two years I have always bought and paid for it at the caetite store, but I am very disappointed with one that says Manager because I bought a cell phone in November when it was in February I had a problem at the store and the manager was so rude and not I didn’t even want to say anything and passing the responsibility of the store when it comes to guaranteeing me to take it to the post office and until today I don’t have a response for four months without using the cell phone. everyone always treated me well, a huge regret for looking for such a store.
