Além da loja nos entregar um freezer que nem ligava, fizeram confusão para trocar ou devolver o dinheiro, que foi pago à vista. Mas o pior , o cliente foi destratado e debochado. O gerente totalmente despreparado para um cargo que exige respeito com o cliente e com o pós venda. Pior experiência de compra da vida!
Bad service from management.

Fui mal atendida pelo gerente que chegou a levantar a voz para mim, ao solicitar uma troca justa , por um produto que recebi danificado! Os preços são bem mais altos , e o atendimento ainda é triste! Não recomendo! Não comprem nesse lugar! nunca fui tão maltratada enquanto cliente! Na hora de comprar é uma coisa, pra resolver problema, um despreparo desse! ?
