A partir disso entrei em contato com a empresa, se prontificaram a reverter o processo e devolver meu dinheiro, achei isso muito bacana. No entanto, não fizerem todos os processos necessários, perdi todos os dados do computador, e o Windows não sai de um modo temporário. Ou seja, o computador está pior do que a primeira vez que levei, perdi todos os dados do meu computador e tive uma péssima experiência com a empresa.
