Minha esposa entrou em contato com vocês hoje a tarde e teve uma pessima experiência, quando foi atendida pelo Sr. Henrique, exceto o atendimento da Sara, que foi super prestativa. Sr. Henrique, quero deixar claro, que não foi a intenção, colocar preço no seu serviço, pelo contrário, ela tentou lhe explicar qual seria a utilidade do adesivo no produto, para tentarmos chegar em um valor minimo. E nenhum momento, comparei seu serviço com outro local. Trabalho com vendas e com atendimento a cliente, jamais eu desliguei ou desligaria o telefone na cara de um cliente meu, não fui mal educada contigo e nem faltei com respeito, porém o senhor faltou com respeito comigo, ao desligar 03 vezes o telefone. Somos uma empresa pequena, porém estamos crescendo. Nós não iriamos fechar apenas este produto, tenho catalago para fazer impressão (cerca de 2mil unidades folha a4), tenho painel com ima, gabarito feito em PVC, folder para embalagens dos meus produtos, pois temos mais de 10 itens em nosso portfolio, atendemos lojas grandes, como a rede Multicoisas, e estamos orçando a impressão das embalagens dos produtos. Gostaria de favorecer o bairro, pois moro e trabalho nele, assim todos do bairro ganham, quando o comércio tem vendas. Mas deixo aqui minha mensagem, gostaria de poder ter tido a oportunidade do senhor me ouvir melhor e entender meus produtos, mas como o senhor disse, você não tem interesse em me atender. Agradeço a atenção da Sara. que foi muito atenciosa e me respeitou, ouvindo e buscando me atender, mesmo inicialmente, sendo um orçamento pequeno.
