★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa é excepcional, ótimo atendimento, funcionários atenciosos, porém não tive muita sorte. Meu cachorro não gostou da comida. Já deixei ele com fome de um dia e ele nem chega perto da comida. Prejuízo enorme para mim, infelizmente.
The company is exceptional, great service, attentive staff, but I was not very lucky. My dog did not like the food. I already left him hungry for a day and he doesn't even come close to food. Huge loss for me, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra , paguei o boleto e ao tentar editar meu plano de assinatura cancelei o pedido sem querer já que o site é bem ruim!
Liguei lá para explicar a situação e fui informada que eles não poderiam entregar meu pedido pois já não estava no sistema que então devolveriam meu dinheiro.
Estou aguardando desde o dia 21/01/2021e até agora nada!
Estão dando apenas desculpas embora já tenham reconhecido que o pagamento caiu pra eles.
( O problema foi resolvido dia 27/01)
I made a purchase, paid the ticket and when trying to edit my subscription plan I accidentally canceled the order since the site is very bad!
I called there to explain the situation and was told that they would not be able to deliver my order as it was no longer in the system that they would then return my money to.
I've been waiting since 01/21/2021 and nothing so far!
They are only making excuses even though they have already recognized that the payment has fallen for them.
(The problem was solved on 27/01)

Sempre muito solícitos, e me ajudaram na transição da alimentação tradicional (ração), para a alimentação natural.
Minhas duas cachorras simplesmente adoram!! :)
Simply the best place for natural food. I've been a client for a few years, and I've tried other similar services. Always deliver the food well packaged, frozen, and the portions separated by day.
Always very helpful, and helped me in the transition from traditional food (feed) to natural food.
My two dogs just love it!! :)
