★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, as atendentes não são nada simpáticas e o trabalho é horrível. Eu odiei o método como meu cabelo foi colocado e no mesmo dia pedi para arrumarem ou me devolver parte doeu dinheiro para que eu posdesse ir em outro lugar, mas elas se negaram a devolver e também não resolveram meu problema, eu não sei qual vantagem elas vêem em ganhar o dinheiro só cliente só uma vez, tratando o cliente bem e prestando assistência o cliente além de recomendar para outras pessoas ele fica fixo. Eu além de não voltar mais lá não recomendo pra ninguém.
Terrible, the attendants are not friendly at all and the work is horrible. I hated the method my hair was put on and on the same day I asked to get it fixed or to return part of it hurt so I could go elsewhere, but they refused to return it and also did not solve my problem, I don't know what advantage they they see earning money only once, treating the customer well and providing assistance to the customer in addition to recommending it to other people. Besides not going back there, I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento fiquei esperando 2 horas pra ser atendida mesmo com horário marcado, o cabelo é de péssima qualidade só fica bonito no dia eles vendem como liso mas é encaracolado e cheio de friz, fiz reclamação e não me devolveram o dinheiro.
I was waiting for 2 hours to be attended even with an appointment, the hair is of poor quality only looks good on the day they sell as straight but it is curly and full of frizzy, I complained and did not return the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, fiquei 1h30 aguardando , isso porque marquei as 10h , porque é um processo demorado , a queratina q eles colocam no cabelo é muito grosso e fica aparecendo no cabelo após a colocação. Péssimo , no primeiro contato é uma maravilha, depois só ladeira abaixo ?
