Elas não te mostram o melhor produto quando sugerido, a não ser que esteja com o mesmo nas mãos e pergunte se é bom; ao qual é respondido que sim. Percebi Claramente a má vontade, impaciência,; queriam que eu finalizasse logo a compra, percebi cochichos pelos cantos da loja... terminei levando produtos que não valeram a pena... Senti um mal estar, mas entendi que era por que eu estava trocando produto, fui desprezada por isso. Deixo claro que não comprarei mais nesse lugar. O consumidor tem o direito de ser bem atendido, seja numa compra ou numa troca.

I felt unwell, but I understood that it was because I was exchanging products, I was despised for that. I make it clear that I will no longer buy from this place.
