★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a minha experiência com a academia está sendo desastrosa ! Tenho um filho com necessidades especiais e a academia literalmente ignorou o fato . Indiquei a clínica na liminar que conseguimos para meu filho e a clínica se recusou a atende lo , alegando que eles só aceitariam tratar meu filho se recebessem antecipadamente o valor exorbitante que eles cobraram de 780,00 Por mês para hidroterapia 2 vezes na semana ! Expliquei a real necessidade do meu filho fazer a hidroterapia e tb expliquei não não havia encontrado outraclínica que o atende-se , especialmente nesse momento de pandemia , E tb expliquei que a Bradesco saúde iria pagar o tratamento do meu filho mas o estrelismo da academia prejudicou o meu filho . Entendo que ninguém é obrigado a nada , mas entendo também que profissionais fizeram um juramento e não estão cumprindo . E que a falta de empatia e estrelismo de não aceitar tratar o meu filho descredibilizou totalmente a academia . O dinheiro falou mais alto , e olha que a academia iria ser paga diretamente pela Bradesco saúde . Não indico e todos os terapeutas e colegas estão extremamente decepcionados com a atitude da academia !
Unfortunately my experience with the gym has been disastrous! I have a child with special needs and the gym literally ignored the fact. I indicated the clinic in the injunction we got for my son and the clinic refused to answer him, claiming that they would only accept to treat my son if they received in advance the exorbitant amount they charged of 780.00 per month for hydrotherapy 2 times a week! I explained the real need for my son to do the hydrotherapy and I also explained that I hadn't found another clinic that meets him, especially in this moment of pandemic, And I also explained that Bradesco Saúde would pay for my son's treatment but the stardom of the academy harmed my son . I understand that no one is obliged to do anything, but I also understand that professionals have taken an oath and are not fulfilling it. And that the lack of empathy and stardom of not accepting to treat my son totally discredited the academy. Money spoke louder, and the gym would be paid directly by Bradesco Saúde. I do not recommend and all therapists and colleagues are extremely disappointed with the attitude of the academy!
