Eles perguntaram quanto q tinha de limite no cartão e passaram esse valor em uma cápsula, além de tentaram fazer uma compra de 2.000 reais no meu cartão em nome da elishop que foi negando, óbvio.
E sem contar da sua incompetência de não querer fazer o estorno do meu cartão e nem enviar o comprovante. Mesmo eu dizendo que não quero mais a compra e não ter aceitando o produto em minha casa. E a vendedora aí tem a audácia de me ligar, depois de um mês eu insistindo que n quero e quero o meu estorno . A vendedora foi a Viviane

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe comprou um produto com eles 1 vez pagou 700 reias, parcelou em 10 vezes, e antes do produto acabar eles ligaram p ela novamente, querendo oferecer outro medicamento p potencializar o msm, minha mãe falou que não tinha limite no cartão, e eles continuam insistindo de toda forma, ela acabou falando, vcs podem tentar, mas não vai passar, depois disso eles tentaram passar umas 7 vezes o cartão dela, sem a sua “autorização”.. liguei lá p esclarecer o que aconteceu, e dizer que o cartão era meu, não dela, foram super grossas e desligaram na minha cara várias vezes…
Isso aconteceu ano passado, agora continuam ligando p dizer que ela tem um produto pendente, só que agora é comigo que eles falam.
Tive que bloquear o cartão 2 vezes por causa deles!!
Péssima empresa, só querem dar golpes em gente idosa, e pessoas leigas…
