Quando cheguei, carro estava vendido e não tinha outro para ver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei meu carro em 2010 e fui muito bem atendida. Anos se passaram e vejo que o atendimento não é só para quem compra carros na loja. Minha mãe caiu em frente a loja e eles já estavam fechando e abriram e prestaram todo serviço de socorro. Foram super atenciosos todos. Deixo aqui o meu muito obrigada!??????? Deus os abençoe!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu comprei um carro a 3 meses atrás e veio com problema no coxim do amortecedor, levei várias vezes até desisti.
Umas das vezes falaram q tinham trocado .Td mentira, levei p o meu Mecânico e constatou q nd foi feito.
O gerente não resolve nada e pede para você falar com o vendedor.
Nunca mais ...
Até q seja a última loja eu não compro e nem indico.
Falaram q iam me ligar a 2 meses atrás e até hj né, acho q estão sem créditos ainda.
I bought a car 3 months ago and it came with a damper cushion problem, it took me several times to give up.

The manager solves nothing and asks you to talk to the seller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fecham negócio com você, agendam a retirada do veiculo, você tem custo para documentação, seguro etc, você se dirige até a loja, quando chega é informado que venderam o seu carro. O dono não sabe lidar com o cliente que segundo ele, não precisa do dinheiro do cliente. Em resumo: Fujam dessa loja. Você perde tempo e dinheiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro ano passado, demoram a me entregar o recibo para transferir para meu nome.so consegui resolve esse ano porque paguei um despachante para agenda a transferência no Detran.. hoje ao consulta o Detran estáo cobrado multa por atraso de transferência , combinado uma coisa feito outra.enganado uma vez para nunca mais ?

Qual o valor real do veículo? Ele respondeu 76.900... Aquela mafiazinha que esse sites de anúncios ñ deveriam permitir, mas enfim... Aquela mesma história, o valor é referente ao valor financiado, mais fé... Fiz uma oferta de 70.000 reais à vista podendo chegar à 73.000 pra fechar, o dono ñ aceitou minha oferta, pois ñ obtive retorno.. .Blz todo direito dele, ñ satisfeito, enviei uma nova proposta por e-mail, perguntando novamente o valor real do veículo? O mesmo Sr Lucas me respondeu o e-mail e pasmem vcs , o bendito carro já custa 80.900 reais, ou seja, anunciam um carro com um valor de pegadinha, as pessoas perdem tempo, primeira vez que vwjo isso em minha vida, ainda bem que ñ fechei negócio, fiquem atentos, ñ comprem carros nessa agência antes de ler meu comentário....
