★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ir nessa loja os únicos dois itens que queria não tem. Canaleta de fio de pvc sem divisória, e um silicone branco da Tek Bond. O atendimento dou nota Zero pois sequer consegui ser atendido, a loja enorme e todos os atendentes ficam no balcão, nem sequer 1 no saguão da loja pra ajudar os clientes. Infelizmente pra ter um atendimento mediano precisamos ir pra São Paulo.
I just went to the store the only two items I wanted didn't have. Pvc wire channel without partition, and a white silicone from Tek Bond. The service gives a score of Zero because I couldn't even be served, the store is huge and all the attendants are at the counter, not even 1 in the lobby of the store to help customers. Unfortunately to have an average service we need to go to São Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma boa loja. Está aberta na maioria do tempo, inclusive em feriados e até um horário mais tarde que os concorrentes. Só precisam melhorar um pouco a lojística no atendimento ao cliente para evitar que precisemos ficar aguardando tanto tempo principalmente no balcão da elétrica. A fila do caixa até não é demorada.
A good store. It is open most of the time, including holidays and even later than competitors. They just need to improve their customer service a little bit to avoid having to wait so long, especially at the electrical counter. The checkout line is not long.
