I think it's great! I take singing and guitar lessons at the Nova Iguaçu unit, the teachers are very attentive and patient. The stuff is good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Estive na unidade e não havia um atendente sequer que pudesse fornecer informações básicas como horários e valores, muito menos pude conhecer a estrutura do curso. Eu fui informado que apenas o gerente poderia me passar informações, e que o mesmo estaria em uma reunião. Um absurdo! Eu saí de minha residência exclusivamente para conhecer o curso.
Terrible attendance. I was at the unit and there was not even one attendant who could provide basic information such as schedules and fees, much less was I able to know the structure of the course. I was informed that only the manager could give me information, and that he would be in a meeting. Absurd! I left my residence exclusively to learn about the course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amei o atendimento. Assim que cheguei fui recebida por uma das funcionárias, que me tratou super bem. Me apresentou a escola e informou vários detalhes necessário. Todos super simpáticos, até mesmo o professor. Infelizmente não pude ter a aula experimental, por estar tendo aula no momento, mas achei maravilhosa a ideia da aula experimental. Super indico!
I loved the service. As soon as I arrived I was received by one of the employees, who treated me very well. He introduced me to the school and informed me of the necessary details. Everyone was super friendly, even the teacher. Unfortunately I was unable to have the experimental class, because I am currently having class, but I thought the idea of the experimental class was wonderful. Super recommended!
