★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito decepcionado com a loja, o tecnico responsavel pelos aparelhos apple, teve uma pessima postura para com o seu cliente, deixei meu iphone 8 plus, para fazer um reparo na placa. Pra resumir, ele pediu um prazo um pouco mais de 15 dias, voltei la na data combinada, e ele não tinha nem começado a arrumar o cel, falo que tava "cheio de serviço" nao quis me passar um prazo para que eu voltasse, falei que ia voltar depois de 1 semana, em fim, dei mais um prazo de 2 semana, voltei la, ele me fala, que foi culpa de outro rapaz que faz serviço pra ele, e que ele ia devolver meu cel do jeito que entreguei, peguei o cel do jeito que eu deixei, detalhe nesse tempo um pouco mais de 1 mes, ele não me mandou nenhum mensagem explicando nada, eu tive que ir la todas as vezes pra saber o que estava acontecendo, nem uma desculpa esse cara me pediu, ele deixou claro que ele tava pouco se importando, outro tecnico que trampa com ele e é responsavel pelo android que me pediu desculpas por ele, enfim tem mais coisas ainda, mais eu resumi tudo. Diante dessa postura nunca mais volto nesse estabelecimento, e não indico pra ninguem tanbem, descompromisso total com o cliente.
Very disappointed with the store, the technician responsible for apple devices, had a bad attitude towards his customer, I left my iphone 8 plus, to make a repair on the board. To summarize, he asked for a deadline of a little more than 15 days, I went back there on the agreed date, and he hadn't even started to fix the cell, I say he was "full of work" he didn't want to give me a deadline for me to come back, I said I would come back after 1 week, in the end, I gave another deadline of 2 weeks, I went back there, he tells me, that it was the fault of another guy who does work for him, and that he was going to return my cell the way I delivered it , I took the cel the way I left it, detail in that time a little more than 1 month, he didn't send me any message explaining anything, I had to go there every time to know what was happening, not even an excuse this guy asked, he made it clear that he didn't care, another technician who cheats with him and is responsible for the android who apologized for him, anyway, there's even more things, but I summarized everything. Faced with this attitude, I will never go back to this establishment, and I don't recommend it to anyone either, total lack of commitment to the customer.
