Já levei uma manhã inteira para conseguir falar com um funcionário, e quem atende transmite a ideia de que eles estão fazendo um favor para o cliente. Sair de um fornecedor ruim para um pior. E não tem quem resolva.
Signal fails frequently. Phone numbers don't answer quickly. It's taken me an entire morning to get through to an employee, and whoever answers gives the impression that they're doing the customer a favor. Going from a bad supplier to a worse one. And there's no one to solve it.
