Aceitou o pagamento com cheques pré-datados e depositou todos de uma única vez. Não deu retorno sobre esse assunto. Não finalizou o trabalho. Hoje não atende as ligações e nem responde as mensagens por whats App. Fomos até o endereço que consta aqui na Internet e está com placa de "Aluga-se". Aguardamos uma solução.

Today does not answer the calls and does not answer the messages by whats App. We went to the address that appears here on the Internet and it has a "Rent" sign. We are waiting for a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado!!! Levaram o motor da minha persiana com pretexto que fariam orçamento. Depois disseram que não tinha conserto e queriam 1000 reais em um motor novo. Não aceitei e pedi o motor de volta. Disseram que não devolveria no local. Não existe loja, então tive que buscar na residência do técnico/dono. Chamei outra empresa na minha residência, lá informaram que o motor devolvido não correspondia ao motor retirado, ou seja, fui enganada. Sempre leio as avaliações antes de comprar ou contratar, mas estava muito apurada no trabalho e pulei essa etapa. Depois do acontecido li as avaliações aqui e no Reclame Aqui e vi que não sou a única pessoa que trocaram o motor e deram outros problemas. Enfim, fica a dica! Melhor perder um pouco de tempo, mas não perder dinheiro.

Algumas horas depois me ligou dizendo que o valor era muito mais alto. Não aceitei, pois por esse valor seria melhor comprar uma nova.
Aí ele passou a ser agressivo no tratamento e disse que se quisesse poderia ir lá em Cotia retirar a persiana. Insisti que não era o combinado e ele queria dinheiro pra devolver a persiana. Disse que não e que procuraria os meus direitos. Aí ele acabou deixando na minha portaria. Fiquei com uma persiana quebrada e desintalada! Péssimo!

I said no and I would look for my rights. Then he ended up leaving it at my desk. I got a broken, broken window! Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chamei o Sr. João para vir aqui em casa consertar duas persianas, ele veio levou e conserto, porém ficou de me mandar a garantia e até agora nada. Pessoalmente disse que me daria garantia após o serviço dele, e não recebi nada, nenhuma Nota Fiscal do trabalho realizado.
NÃO RECOMENDO! SEM RESPONSABILIDADE ALGUMA!!
I called Mr. João to come here at home to fix two blinds, he came and I fixed them, but he was supposed to send me the guarantee and so far nothing. Personally he said he would give me a guarantee after his service, and I have not received anything, no invoice for the work performed.
