★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência lamentável!! Responsáveis no restaurante não se colocam na posição dos clientes. Fiz um pedido pelo Uber Eats e enquanto ainda estava no status "em preparação", liguei na central de atendimento solicitando cancelamento. A Uber, ao mediar minha solicitação com a equipe da Elitte, informou posteriormente que eles (Elitte) não autorizaram o cancelamento do meu pedido com a simples justificativa de que meu pedido estava embalado e pronto para ser retirado pelo motorista.
Como que uma loja se acha no poder de vetar uma decisão antecipada do cliente??? Quanta ignorância! Se o pedido já tivesse a caminho, tudo bem, mas não foi o caso!
Farei o pagamento desse pedido com total desgosto mas sobretudo com a certeza de que o atendimento dessa loja foi horrível. Falta visão de negócio!!
Unfortunate experience !! Restaurant managers are not in the position of customers. I placed an order with Uber Eats and while still in "in preparation" status, I called the call center requesting cancellation. Uber, in mediating my request with the Elitte team, later informed that they (Elitte) did not authorize the cancellation of my order on the simple grounds that my order was packed and ready to be withdrawn by the driver.
How does a store find itself in the power to veto an advance customer decision ??? So much ignorance! If the request was already on the way, that's fine, but that wasn't the case!
I will make the payment of this order with total disgust but especially with the certainty that the service of this store was horrible. Lack of business vision !!
