★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mulher na última quarta feira 16/09/2020 foi retirar um bolo de aniversário nesse local, ao qual já tinha encomendado muitos dias antes, chegando lá pra fazer a retirada, não era o bolo que ela tinha encomendado. A pessoa que fez o bolo, deixou pra falar na hora da retirada da encomenda. Porque não comunicou a cliente referente ao pedido antes? Deixou pra falar na hora que foi retirar porque? Faltou respeito com o cliente, faltou transparência, e faltou comprometimento. Fica aqui a minha TOTAL INSATISFAÇÃO com o péssimo serviço fornecido por parte dessa pessoa.
