★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A demanda é muito grande para os colaboradores no local existe muitas docas mas não tem colaboradores suficiente para a operação a diretoria da maioria dos centros logísticos não faz jus ao nome centro logístico criado para "agilizar" o armazenamento e distribuição de produtos, caminhões ficam horas é horas esperando para concluir um operação e para os adm. Esta tudo normal, é só fazer uma pesquisa de satisfação para ter a prova do que estou falando. E na ELLECE não é diferente.
The demand is very high for employees at the site there are many docks but there are not enough employees for the operation the board of most logistics centers does not live up to the name logistics center created to "speed up" the storage and distribution of products, trucks stay for hours it's hours waiting to complete an operation and for the admin. Everything is normal, just do a satisfaction survey to have proof of what I'm talking about. And at ELLECE it's no different.
