Guias com conhecimento da região, suas histórias e de todo o necessário para uma viagem segura, bem vivida e feliz. Fomos muito bem acolhidos e não penso em mais ninguém para fazer excursões além da Ellefantrip.
I bought a travel package alone, not knowing anyone. I had a fantastic experience from the service to the trip! Very well organized from the script to the realization of this one. Guides with knowledge of the region, its stories and everything necessary for a safe, well-lived and happy trip. We were very well received and I don't think of anyone else to go on excursions other than Ellefantrip.

Além disso, sou estrangeira sem nemhuma família ou amigo lá para me guiar o única recomendação que recebi foi de uma amiga que conheci em uma festa.
Assim que me passaram o instagram do ellefantrip, entrei logo em contato com Diego, um cara sensacional e muito receptivo e paciente, me passou confiança logo e fechei a vaga no mesmo dia. Minha viaje foi simplesmente abençoada e depois de dois dias ainda continuou flutuando de emoção de saber que ellefantrip me ajudou a concluir um sonho desejado. Agora tenha prudência porque uma vez com eles, vicia kkk já estou aqui querendo assaltar um banco para participar em todas as viajes.
Vale do Capão has always been a very desired trip for me but almost impossible to go alone so I decided to go with my children on an adventure together, 11 and 14 years old. Also, I'm a foreigner with no family or friends there to guide me the only recommendation I got was from a friend I met at a party.
As soon as I was given the ellefantrip instagram, I immediately got in touch with Diego, a sensational guy, very receptive and patient, he gave me confidence right away and I closed the vacancy on the same day. My trip was simply blessed and after two days I was still floating with excitement knowing that ellefantrip helped me to complete a desired dream. Now be careful because once with them, it's addictive kkk I'm already here wanting to rob a bank to participate in all the trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajar com a Ellefantrip foi sensacional! Viajo há bastante tempo sozinha e esta foi minha primeira experiência de viagem em grupo do começo ao fim. Desde o início o atendimento foi excelente e todas as dúvidas esclarecidas. A viagem até o Vale do Capão foi tranquila e a estrutura da Pousada é aconchegante, localizada há alguns minutinhos da Vila, as funcionárias são atenciosas e muito simpáticas. O cuidado da equipe durante os passeios também é algo que merece 5 estrelas, como diz o ditado ''ninguém solta a mão de ninguém'', todas as trilhas foram feitas com muito cuidado e com guias que nos acompanharam todos os dias, Felipe iluminou as caminhadas com conversas inspiradoras e ainda garantiu o luau com um repertório de respeito. A cobertura fotográfica é um diferencial e tanto, João e Guto foram os fotógrafos da viagem e estavam sempre dispostos a atender o grupo com registros surpreendentes, o book tá garantido rs. Recomendo o investimento em uma botinha de trilha que tem mais aderência ao solo e dá mais estabilidade durante as caminhadas e mochila/bolsa pequena para trilhas. Pode arrumar as malas e viajar com a Ellefantrip de peito aberto, se prepare para uma viagem surpreendente!! :)
Traveling with Ellefantrip was amazing! I have been traveling alone for a long time and this was my first group travel experience from start to finish. From the beginning the service was excellent and all doubts clarified. The trip to Vale do Capão was smooth and the structure of the Inn is cozy, located a few minutes away from the village, the employees are attentive and very friendly. The care of the team during the tours is also something that deserves 5 stars, as the saying goes ''nobody lets go of anybody's hand'', all the trails were done with great care and with guides who accompanied us every day, Felipe enlightened the walks with inspiring conversations and even guaranteed the luau with a repertoire of respect. The photographic coverage is quite a differential, João and Guto were the photographers of the trip and were always willing to assist the group with surprising records, the book is guaranteed lol. I recommend investing in a hiking boot that has more grip on the ground and gives more stability during hikes and a small backpack/bag for trails. You can pack your bags and travel with Ellefantrip with an open chest, get ready for an amazing trip!! :)
