I arrived at the salon needing to fix a cut and left very happy, well with my hair again.
Val was super attentive, understood what bothered me, we talked about the possibilities and she did exactly what we agreed. I was very happy and satisfied, I will definitely be back many more times. I was at the salon today to get my hair done with Val and she was very helpful with my questions. My hair was curly and I wanted to change it, she guided me, indicated what to do and I loved the result. You can see that she understands what she does and does it well. Cheguei no salão com meu cabelo horrível, todo manchado e graças a Deus e ao excelente trabalho da Val eu fiquei muito feliz com o resultado no meu cabelo. Fui muito bem atendida desde o primeiro contato, a Camila me atendeu muito bem, super educada e simpática, ambiente agradável, sem bagunça e sem fofoca, excelentes profissionais. Eu recomendo o salão Ellegancy com certeza, e agora que conheci a cabeleireira Val não largo mais.
I went to the Ellegancy salon for the first time, on Tuesday (12/21/21), I was seen by the hairdresser Val, an excellent professional who did a wonderful job on my hair.
