Levei o veiculo para efetuar o serviço, e só depois de concluido, fui avisado q o valor passado era referente somente ao óleo e filtro de óleo. Tive a surpresa de um valor muito superior ao que me foi passado. Achei de extrema falta de profissionalismo.
I made an estimate by phone for an oil change and the 3 filters for my car. I took the vehicle to perform the service, and only after it was completed, I was warned that the value passed was referring only to the oil and oil filter. I was surprised at a value much higher than what was given to me. I found it extremely unprofessional.
