★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento ao meu cobrimento de acidente. Um acidente leve em que precisava apenas trocar a roda e o parachoque do carro e demora mais de três meses. Sendo um mês e meio apenas para realizarem a vistoria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entrem , saiam enquanto é tempo, cooperado a mais de 7 anos precisei uma vez apenas , quando precisei moto alta cilindrada 8 meses na oficina , entre idas e vindas pois economizam no que podem e no que não podem até em item de segurança , seus veículos vão voltar uma bomba relógio desde o acidente minha moto foi para 2 oficinas mais de 4 vezes , não tenho confiança para andar na moto entrei na justiça e se Deus quiser vão arrumar de verdade minha moto e o tempo perdido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive minha moto furtada, tive que pagar 900 reais de franquia ,mas 170 de cartório pra fazer procuração total de 1,070 Reis demorou para pagar mais de três meses, o preço da moto almentou, mas ele pagaram só o preço antigo da moto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive minha moto furtada já era tarde da noite , e enviaram um carro pra me levar pra casa, foi um processo bem tranquilo sem borocracia, como prometido, no final de 90 dias fizeram o pagamento, parabéns cumprem com o que prometem! Só acho demorado o tempo de indenização, mas tudo bem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das melhores seguradoras de BH já tenho o seguro com a ello desde 2019 e sempre que precisei fui super bem atendido e todas as demandas de acidentes e emprevisto foi me dado além de uma moto que me assaltaram e pagaram direitinho estão de parabéns pelo serviço prestado e por favor só melhorem não piorem não kkkk!!

One of the best insurance companies in BH, I already have insurance with ello since 2019 and whenever I needed it I was super well attended and all the demands for accidents and unforeseen were given to me in addition to a motorcycle that I was robbed and paid right, congratulations for the service provided and please just get better, don't get worse lol!!
Thanks to everyone at the company, too bad they don't cover my 1990 car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NAO ENTREM NESSA, PROCUREM OUTRO! EU tenho esse seguro desde 2018 e graças a Deus só precisei 2 vezes na vida até hoje e quando precisei, 1 vez no anel rodoviário, me atenderam somente depois das 08h na 2 vez nem me atenderam no final de semana, A LIGACAO FICA CAINDO TODA HORA SE VOCE LIGAR FDS! Hoje eu estou tentando falar lá desde cedo, os funcionários com má vontade respondem de qualquer jeito doidos pra desligarem a ligação e não resolvem nada. Nem conseguir pagar um boleto não tem jeito, se atrasar 4 dias a fatura, eles cancelam e ficam pedindo pra tirar FOTO em tempo REAL e se vc não conseguir a foto caso estiver trabalhando ou longe do veículo eles simplesmente não estão nem aí para o cliente! Eu desde 2018 pago em dia DUAS PLACAS e quando precisei simplesmente foi um descaso total! Não perca tempo acionando, eu nunca fui tão mal tratada na minha vida. Tenho pena dos donos dessa empresa que tem péssimos funcionários.
DON'T ENTER THIS, FIND ANOTHER! I have had this insurance since 2018 and thank God I only needed it 2 times in my life until today and when I needed it, 1 time at the ring road, they answered me only after 8:00 am on the 2nd time they didn't even answer me on the weekend, THE CALL IS DROPPING ALL THE TIME TIME IF YOU CALL FDS! Today I'm trying to talk there since early, the employees with a bad will answer anyway, crazy to hang up the call and they don't solve anything. Not even being able to pay a ticket, if the invoice is 4 days late, they cancel and keep asking to take a PHOTO in REAL time and if you can't get the photo if you're working or away from the vehicle they just don't care about the customer ! Since 2018 I have paid TWO PLATES on time and when I needed it it was simply a total neglect! Don't waste time calling, I've never been treated so badly in my life. I feel sorry for the owners of this company who have terrible employees.
