★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais que atendem aos serviços sao bons. Mas quando vc agenda um horario, espera ser atendido no horario. É a terceira vez, que mesmo com horario agendado, tenho que ficar esperando. E não te dao satisfaçao de nada, nem pedem desculpas.....so falam... Senta e aguarda um pouquinho....mais de 30 min. Pra mim, isso só mostra a falta de respeito com o cliente. É, o jeito é procurar outro saläo.

Meu corte ficou bem precário... pedi pra finalizar com cachos, com difusor, e só secaram com a mão ficando completamente bagunçado como se eu tivesse dormindo com o cabelo molhado, não passaram nem um óleo repador.
O cabeleireiro se tocou que ficou péssimo e não cobrou a "finalização".
Eu faria melhor sozinha em casa... agora vou ter que esperar meu cabelo crescer.
Estou bem arrependida do resultado, deveria ter ficado com meu cabelo com as pontas quebradas que estava melhor.
Fora que ouvi comentários irônicos e de deboche sobre valores de outra cliente, comentários do tipo que cobraram bem caro e ela estava reclamando do preço.
O cabeleireiro que me atendeu fazia comentários maliciosos com as outras funcionárias. Ouvi "ah que presença gostosa a sua do meu lado". Já foi o tempo disso ser uma "brincadeira"... mais respeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não poderia deixar de registrar minha insatisfação com o atendimento dado a minha filha.
Em 24 de outubro de 2020, logo após minha filha ter quebrado o braço e estar engessado até o ombro, aproveitei para levá-la ao salão para fazer uma mecha vermelha na franja e lavar o cabelo, pois estava ruim para lavar em casa.
O profissional cujo nome inicia com a Letra A e termina com a letra R, muito antipático, prendeu todo o cabelo da minha filha e deixou apenas a mecha na franja. Começou que ele já não gostou que eu pedi para pegar um pouco mais de cabelo para fazer a mecha, pois minha filha tem muito cabelo e a quantidade que ele separou, ficaria muito discreto. Minha filha estava toda empolgada para fazer a mecha, falava e brincava com ele. Ele nem tentou fingir e ser agradável. Ficou o tempo todo de cara fechada. E o pior, o salão estava mega lotado, nenhum distanciamento, não tinha nem lugar para eu ficar perto da minha filha, tive que ficar fora do salão.
Quando ele terminou, apenas lavou e secou a mecha, é o pior, nem soltou o cabelo da minha filha para mostrar como havia ficado com o cabelo solto.
Quando fui pagar, a pessoa que foi cobrar perguntou se havia gostado do trabalho e eu falei que não, pois um dos motivos de estar no salão além da mecha, era para lavar o cabelo da minha filha, já que em casa estava complicado por conta do gesso no braço inteiro. Ela demonstrou indignação pelo cabeleireiro ter realizado o trabalho e não ter levado o cabelo e foi falar com ele, que voltou ainda mais antipático, lavou o cabelo, colocou minha filha na cadeira e sequer bateu ar quente para dar uma secada. Saímos do salão quase 19h, com o cabelo da minha filha pingado.
Fiquei muito indignada, é não escrevi antes para não ser processada, pois minhas palavras seriam muito diferentes das de hoje.
Se não tem perfil, não atenda crianças.
Também não posso deixar de falar que, ao lado tinha um cabeleireiro que percebeu a situação, deu atenção é brincou várias vezes com a minha filha.
Agora uma frase que jamais deixará de valer..."faça o que quiser com a gente, mas com nossos filhos não".
Atendimento super reprovado.
Precisa aprender além do profissional, precisa aprender a ter educação com outro ser humano.

She showed indignation that the hairdresser had done the job and didn't take her hair and went to talk to him, who came back even more unsympathetic, washed his hair, put my daughter on the chair and didn't even get hot air to dry. We left the room almost 7 pm, with my daughter's hair dripping.
I was very indignant, I didn't write before so I wouldn't be sued, because my words would be very different from those of today.
If you do not have a profile, do not attend children.
I can't help saying that, next to me, there was a hairdresser who noticed the situation, gave attention and played with my daughter several times.
Now a phrase that will never cease to be valid ... "do what you want with us, but not with our children".
Super disapproved service.
You need to learn beyond the professional, you need to learn to have an education with another human being.
