★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de compartilhar com vocês minha insatisfação com a empresa EL Shaday. No dia 22 de julho de 2021 (terça feira) comprei 3 estruturas de ferro com a vendedora Julia, a princípio me atendeu super bem.
Trabalho com decoração de festas e precisava dessas estruturas para o final de semana. Antes de comprar as peças, questionei se o produto chegaria até a sexta (25). A vendedora afirmou que chegaria SIM. Fechei a compra e comprei os produtos!
Sexta-feira (25) logo na parte da manhã os produtos ainda não havia chegado. Logo, enviei mensagem para a vendedora, pediu para esperar até o horário do almoço. Horário do almoço chegou e as peças nada! Novamente entrei em contato e sem sucesso, não tive mais retorno com a El Shaday. E para piorar a situação, o cliente não tem acesso a transportadora, apenas a loja, ou seja, eu não tinha nem a opção de ir buscar o produto.
Sábado de manhã, ainda sem retorno da loja, sem o produto. Liguei e fui atendida pela "Moina". Disse que o produto não chegaria a tempo e me passou o contato de uma decoradora que "poderia" me ajudar a encontrar algum decorador que tivesse as estruturas e ela mesmo pagaria o valor do aluguel. Ok!
Graças a Deus, cheguei em um decorador que me alugou as peças. Passei o valor apenas das peças, não cobrei meu deslocamento, que foi de 1h.
Estou aguardando até hoje o pagamento da locação. E as peças que chegaria na sexta feira, não chegou até hoje também!
I would like to share with you my dissatisfaction with the EL Shaday company. On July 22, 2021 (Tuesday) I bought 3 iron structures with the saleswoman Julia, at first they served me very well.
I work with party decoration and needed these structures for the weekend. Before buying the parts, I asked if the product would arrive until Friday (25). The seller stated that it would arrive YES. I closed the purchase and bought the products!
Friday (25th) early in the morning the products had not yet arrived. Soon, I sent a message to the seller, asked to wait until lunchtime. Lunch time arrived and the pieces nothing! Again I got in touch and without success, I didn't have any more feedback with El Shaday. And to make matters worse, the customer doesn't have access to the carrier, only the store, that is, I didn't even have the option to pick up the product.
Saturday morning, still no return from the store, without the product. I called and was answered by "Moina". He said that the product would not arrive on time and gave me the contact of a decorator who "could" help me find a decorator who had the structures and she would pay the rent herself. OK!
Thank God, I arrived at a decorator who rented me the pieces. I only spent the value of the pieces, I didn't cover my travel, which was 1h.
I'm waiting until today for the payment of the lease. And the pieces that would arrive on Friday, have not arrived until today either!
