★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento inicial foi excelente. Depois que o sofá secou, notei que as almofadas não tinham ficado tão limpas quanto o sofá. Enviei fotos, e marcamos um retorno perfeitamente. Duas horas antes do horário (que foi marcado dois dias antes), a empresa mandou uma mensagem (por volta das 7h da manhã), dizendo que precisavam ir mais cedo . Eu não vi. Quando retornaram no horário marcado, o técnico se mostrou irritado, dizendo que a as almofadas estavam limpas, e que só ia lavar novamente porque ""Já estava aqui". A empresa tem potencial. Só faltou um pouco de tranquilidade e cortesia. Espero que a crítica seja construtiva .
The initial service was excellent. After the couch dried, I noticed that the cushions hadn't been as clean as the couch. I sent pictures, and we scored a return perfectly. Two hours before the time (which was scheduled two days before), the company sent a message (around 7 am), saying that they needed to go early. I have not seen. When they returned at the appointed time, the technician was irritated, saying that the pillows were clean, and that he was only going to wash them again because ""It was already here". The company has potential. It just lacked a little tranquility and courtesy. criticism is constructive.
