Comprei um computador semi novo (foi o que me disseram) monitor ruim, com imagem péssima, computador lento pra tudo. Quando relatado o defeito, disseram que tinha que levar até a loja, sendo que o horário de atendimento deles não bate com meu horário de trabalho, não houve a mínima vontade de atender o cliente, mas sinceramente, pela qualidade do produto, nem compensou ir mais atrás...
I wouldn't do business again!
I bought a semi new computer (that's what they told me) bad monitor, bad image, slow computer for everything. When the defect was reported, they said that I had to take it to the store, as their office hours do not match my work schedule, there was no desire to serve the customer, but honestly, for the quality of the product, it didn't even pay to go further back...
