★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo pela Própria gerente Thalita . Me deixou constrangido na frente de outros clientes e funcionários . Isso que fiz a escolha de arrumar meu produto nessa loja. Porém a gerente gritou comigo na frente de todos falando que era um problema meu que era pra levar meu produto embora que não era problema delas . Chamando meu produto de lixo . Nunca mais indico aos meus clientes essa loja . A vida da voltas . Respeito e bom e temos que ter .
 Terrible service by the Thalita manager. It made me uncomfortable in front of other customers and employees. That's why I made the choice to store my product in this store. But the manager yelled at me in front of everyone saying that it was my problem that it was to take my product away, it was not their problem. Calling my product junk. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, comprei vários produtos e precisei mudar o plug do meu fone de ouvido, falaram que faria bem rápido, fui em casa busquei o fone e quando chego apenas com o fone o técnico avisa que está muito ocupado e não pode atender. Quando vou falar com vendedor o cara ainda bate boca, e esquece da premissa que o cliente vem em primeiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons produtos e bom atendimento. Mas faltam Vendedores para atender a demanda de clientes com agilidade. Ter que "aguardar" um vendedor por um bom tempo é regra, ou "garimpar" nos displays o que se procura é algo que merecia atenção por parte do proprietário, em sua majestosa truculência. Ademais, uma das melhores lojas de Elétrica e eletrônica da região. Completa, excelente atendimento e organização. Lá, você encontra!!! Recomendo, mas com um pouquinho de paciência. E ignore caso o proprietário resolva dar um "esporro" verbal nalgum funcionário bem na sua frente...
