★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente há profissionais que não estão pra somar com a empresa, um funcionário mal preparado, grosso e arrogante na forma de responder o paciente, minha mãe foi mal atendida e estava sozinha no momento, tenha certeza que escapou de uma boa surra pra aprender a tratar bem as pessoas que vão até o estabelecimento.
Unfortunately there are professionals who are not to be added to the company, a poorly prepared, thick and arrogant employee in the way of answering the patient, my mother was poorly attended and was alone at the moment, make sure she escaped a good beating to learn to treat well the people who go to the establishment.

Bad service, I wanted to know about the clinic's services and they just blocked me. If they can't answer, they don't know how to answer, then the clinic shouldn't even exist!! I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o plano ,e estou decepcionada , a uma semana extrair um dente com o dentista Dr. Mateus Cristino Freire, até hoje estou com dor, fui tirar os pontos e o médico não estava lá e não fui avisada , ele tinha deixado umas receitas sem assinatura dele , uma das receitas tinha o remédio dipirona o qual está na minha ficha q eu não posso tomar , aí reclamei e a assistente ligou pra ele e ela imprimiu outra receita tb sem assinatura , e eu TB reclamei pq eu queria pegar alguns dos remédios no posto de saúde, mas não pude pegar pq a receita não está assinada pelo médico, resumindo estou com dor em casa e não vou tomar remédio q não está com assinatura do médico!!
I made the plan, and I am disappointed, a week ago to extract a tooth with the dentist Dr. Mateus Cristino Freire, I still have pain today, I went to remove the stitches and the doctor was not there and I was not told, he had left some prescriptions without his signature , one of the prescriptions had the dipyrone medicine which is in my file that I can not take , so I complained and the assistant called him and she printed another prescription also without signature , and I complained because I wanted to get some of the medicines at the health center, but I couldn't get it because the prescription is not signed by the doctor, in short I'm in pain at home and I'm not going to take any medicine because it's not signed by the doctor!!
