Fiz 18 enzimas não adiantou nada.
Fiz carbox não resolveu nada.
Sem contar transtorno alimentar que causa nas pessoas o método de emagrecimento que tem essa clínica. Tira todo carboidratos por isso a pessoa emagrece e perde medida rapido, depois q volta comer Mesmo saudável, engorda de novo.
Se eu fosse uma nutricionista formada, teria vergonha de aplicar um método desse para um paciente, rasgaria o diploma.
Qualquer pessoa que estuda nutrição, abomina esses tipos de dietas radicais, porque estudaram, para o paciente ser saudável e reeducar seus hábitos alimentares.
A ficha uma bagunça.
Paguei 3Mil emagreci só 6 kilos minha ficha era perder 15kg ?
Estou sofrendo com as consequências.
Engordei 3 kg novamente, fiz enzimas, carbox não resolveu de nada. Só foi dinheiro jogado no lixo. Parcelei em 12 vezes, a última parcela foi esse mês de dezembro. Fiquei com as consequências só.
Antes se eu tivesse investido 3mil em nutricionista, e um personal.
Desanimei e parei de ir, perdi dinheiro.
Hoje Além de praticar croosfit, como saudável, passo na nutricionista.
O segredo p/ o emagrecimento é esse.
Reeducação alimentar com profissional sério qualificado, exercícios físicos. Não ingerir bebida alcoólica, pq atrapalha muuuuuuito o processo de emagrecimento.
Não existe milagre.
Cuidado gente, pq depois o prejuízo é grande.
Transtorno alimentar, depressão etc...
Não vem com esse Blá Blá Blá de faltas
Até pq emagreci 6 quilos sem faltas.
Comecei faltar depois que estagnei no mesmo peso, pq tirei todo carboidrato de uma vez, não tinha de onde tirar mais carboidratos por isso parei de emagrecer, e olha que praticava exercícios físicos.
Desisti, me deu compulsão alimentar, queria comer até o reboque da parede, fiquei fraca, triste etc...
Depois que desisti, continuei com pouco carboidratos, sem açúcar seguindo a dieta.
Pq se eu voltasse a comer uma dieta com pouco mais de carboidratos ia engordar tudo novamente.
Depois de desistir só fui para adquirir os procedimentos que paguei e ficou vários sem fazer.
Pq os procedimentos nenhum deu resultado.
Carbox, enzima, os adesivos etc...
Só perdia medida pq emagreci, não por causa dos procedimentos, enfim...
O meu caso foi esse, pra mim Luciana não deu certo.
É meu dever relatar p as pessoas o q aconteceu comigo pq pode acontecer com elas tbm.
É claro que vc como proprietária, vai ser contra meu relato e vai querer arrumar algo para falar que vcs estão certos.
