★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De início foi tranquilo até a segunda sessão, no mês dezembro interrompi o tratamento para q pudesse curtir as festas de final de ano e carnaval, mas fui surpreendida qndo fui reagendar e a atendente disse que meu pacote estava expirado há uma semana... Fiquei completamente descepcionada e indignada msmo porq nenhum aviso recebi q meu pacote expiraria... No mês de janeiro tive suspeita de síndrome gripal então não retornei para nenhum procedimento de costume, fui orientada a retornar essas rotinas após 30/45 dias a partir do teste rapido ... Enfim meu pacote expirou em três meses eu não recebi nenhum aviso msmo porq isso não está em contrato, mas quem respeita o cliente isso seria uma cortesia, e ainda perdi R$1.000 pelo pacote perdido... Tenham cuidado qndo interromper o tratamento nessa clínica ?
From the beginning it was smooth until the second session, in December I interrupted the treatment so that I could enjoy the end-of-the-year parties and carnival, but I was surprised when I went to reschedule and the attendant said that my package had expired for a week... completely disappointed and indignant even because I didn't receive any notice that my package would expire... In the month of January I had a suspicion of flu syndrome so I didn't return to any usual procedure, I was instructed to return to these routines after 30/45 days from the quick test ... Anyway, my package expired in three months I didn't receive any notice because it's not in the contract, but who respects the customer this would be a courtesy, and I still lost R$1,000 for the lost package... Be careful when interrupting the treatment in this clinic ?
