★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, imobiliária sem palavra e sem respeito ao cliente. 6 meses negociando a locação de um ponto comercial e tratando diretamente com o dono da imobiliária. Tudo enrolado, demorado, falta de profissionalismo. Feita toda a negociação, entreguei todos os documentos e certidôes solicitadas, ficha aprovada, tudo ok, ele levou 2 meses me enrolando até que inventou uma mentira dizendo que o proprietário não queria mais alugar o imóvel, até que descobri que ele mesmo alugou o imóvel para outra pessoa.
Bad service, real estate without word and without respect for the customer. 6 months negotiating the lease of a commercial point and dealing directly with the real estate owner. Everything rolled up, time consuming, lack of professionalism. After all the negotiation, I handed over all the requested documents and certificates, approved form, everything was ok, it took me 2 months to wind up until he invented a lie saying that the owner didn't want to rent the property anymore, until I found out that he rented the property himself to someone else.
