★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência de compra e atendimento. Fiz uma compra no dia 15 de março que constava o prazo de entrega de 5 dias úteis depois da coleta pela transportadora. Previsão de entrega no dia 23 de março. Demorou uns 2, 3 dias pra transportadora recolher o pedido depois de pago, até aí "tudo bem". Só um detalhe que no site da Embalagem Taubaté não dá pra rastrear o pedido. Só consta como "enviado" e mais nada. Descobri por um e-mail que o pedido viria pela transportadora Total Express. Tentei descobrir de forma totalmente independente onde estava meu pedido e se dava pra rastrear pelo site da transportadora, já que o site da empresa onde comprei não tem essa informação, descobri que dava pra ver no site da transportadora e comecei a acompanhar. No meio do prazo da entrega, faltando 1 dia pra entregar, o rastreio mostra que "houve um problema" com meu pedido, a embalagem estava danificada e estava sendo devolvido para a Embalagem Taubaté. Fiquei sem entender e entrei em contato com a empresa. Isso, tudo por mim mesma, pq nem a transportadora nem a Embalagem Taubaté me avisaram que meu pedido atrasaria e que estava sendo retornado pra empresa. Fui atendida no WhatsApp e a empresa se justificou dizendo que não era erro deles e que a transportadora também não tinha avisado a eles. Perguntei qual o prazo pro pedido chegar pra eles de volta, reenviarem e me entregar, não me deram prazo e falaram que me avisariam quando houvesse a nova coleta e o prazo. Mais uma semana se passou e nenhum contato. Entrei em contato de novo, disseram que a transportadora havia coletado o pedido naquele mesmo dia e mais uma vez não fui avisada. Isso já tinha 10 dias úteis de atraso e nenhuma resposta de quando receberia o pedido.
Finalmente hoje, dia 2 de abril, o pedido chegou, mas chegou nessas condições das fotos. Uma caixa lotada de potes de VIDRO sem absolutamente NENHUMA proteção entre eles. Vidro encostando em vidro, nem um plástico bolha, papelão ou jornal, e é óbvio que quebraram alguns potes. Eu estou absolutamente decepcionada e chateada com essa empresa que não tem o mínimo de cuidado com as compras dos clientes e presta um péssimo atendimento.
Parece que é de propósito pra dar prejuízo ao cliente, pq não faz O MENOR SENTIDO uma empresa que trabalha com entregas de VIDRO mandar um pedido desse jeito, sem o mínimo de cuidado ou proteção. Nunca mais compro nada nessa empresa, nem recomendo.
Terrible shopping and service experience. I made a purchase on March 15th that had a delivery time of 5 working days after collection by the carrier. Delivery expected on March 23rd. It took about 2, 3 days for the carrier to collect the order after payment, so far "all right". Just a detail that on the Packaging Taubaté website cannot track the order. It just says "sent" and nothing else. I found out through an email that the order would come by the carrier Total Express. I tried to find out completely independently where my order was and if it was possible to track it on the carrier's website, since the website of the company where I bought it does not have this information, I discovered that I could see it on the carrier's website and started following it. In the middle of the delivery period, with 1 day left to deliver, the tracking shows that "there was a problem" with my order, the packaging was damaged and was being returned to Taubaté Packaging. I didn't understand and contacted the company. This, all by myself, because neither the carrier nor the Taubaté Packaging told me that my order would be delayed and that it was being returned to the company. I was answered on WhatsApp and the company justified itself by saying that it was not their mistake and that the carrier had not warned them either. I asked what the deadline for the order to arrive for them to return, resend and deliver to me, they didn't give me a deadline and said they would let me know when there was a new collection and deadline. Another week passed and no contact. I contacted again, they said the carrier had collected the order that same day and again I was not notified. This was already 10 business days late and no response as to when I would receive the order.
Finally today, April 2nd, the order arrived, but it arrived in the condition of the photos. A box full of GLASS pots with absolutely NO protection between them. Glass against glass, not even bubble wrap, cardboard or newspaper, and it's obvious they broke some jars. I am absolutely disappointed and upset with this company that doesn't care at all about customer purchases and provides terrible service.
It looks like it's on purpose to harm the customer, because it doesn't make THE LEAST SENSE a company that works with GLASS deliveries to send an order like that, without the least care or protection. I will never buy anything from this company again, nor do I recommend it.
