Estava pesquisando embalagens para o meu negocio e achei a fabrica liguei para se informar a a fabrica me atendia no que eu precisava, me deram um whatsapp e comecei a conversa, produtos escolhidos, vamos ao pagamento uma pessoa a qual não sei o nome me informa que tenho que depositar ou transferir para uma conta do BB ou caixa como assim questionei se teria algum recibo ou algo do tipo, pois ngm faz isso nos dias de hoje perguntei se poderia depositar 50% do valor e da o restante na retirada.
O cara foi super arrogante e me bloqueio, só percebo o despreparo da FABRICA com relação aos funcionários.
Educações deveram ter em todo lugar.
Só olhar os comentários a baixo, que se vê quem e errado.

I was researching packaging for my business and I found the factory I called to inquire the factory served me in what I needed, they gave me a whatsapp and started the conversation, chosen products, let's pay someone who I don't know the name informs me that I have to deposit or transfer to a BB account or cashier so I asked if there would be any receipts or anything like that, because ngm does this these days I asked if I could deposit 50% of the amount and the rest on withdrawal.
The guy was super arrogant and I block myself, I only notice FABRICA's unpreparedness in relation to the employees.
Educations should be everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não é séria e tem um péssimo atendimento é o que tenho a dizer. Achei o contato através do google, chamei no whatsapp e foi dado início do atendimento, a alguns meses atrás. Fiquei de ir ao local para retirar, primeiro pq seria a primeira compra e como achei pelo google o contato, e até então sem avaliação, fiquei receosa de depósitar o valor completo e solicitei se era possível pagar metade e o restante quando recebesse o material (no caso de ser enviado por correio) como é feito em muitas negociações e e foi dito que não. Ok não fechei negócio, nesse momento por outros motivos, que não cabe nessa reclamação. entrei em contato novamente essa semana, questionei a forma de pagamento e novamente foi me dito que não era possível, mas mesmo assim decidi ir em frente com a compra, mesmo sem conhecer a empresa, dei um voto de confiança. Ok, solicitei a conta para efetuar transferência, e me passaram com dados incompletos. solicitei os dados todos (nome completo do dono da conta e CPF) e simplesmente fui bloqueada do whatsapp. Ainda liguei para saber o pq e a pessoa que atendeu foi EXTREMAMENTE GROSSEIRA. Agora por qual motivo, não puderam passar os dados completos para depósito, eu não sei, mas que ficou sugestivo, ficou.Resumo, grosseria desnecessaria e atendimento horrível o que só me leva a crer que não é uma empresa séria.

Now for what reason, they could not pass the full data to deposit, I do not know, but that was suggestive, was. Summary, unnecessary rudeness and horrible service which only leads me to believe that it is not a serious company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço é bom? É bom! Mas tem um péssimo atendimento! Fui até o local , fiz meu pedido pessoalmente ! Aguardei pacientemente meu pedido ficar pronto. Porém eles não sabem tratar bem os clientes ! Sao super grossos !!! Nao vale mesmo o preço!!!!
Eu liguei perguntando se poderia solicitar um uber para buscar o meu pedido e o mesmo deu ok.
Porém quando o uber chegou o atendente ( PQ É UMA PESSOA EM ESPECIFICO QUE ATENDE QUE É UM GROSSO) disse que nao poderia abrir o portao.. que o uber teria q interfornar... Que teria que fazer um registro que buscou o produto e ainda usou as seguintes palavras: SE O PRODUTO SUMIR O PROBLEMA É SEU, NÃO NOSSO.
Tenho tudo isso em audio. Indignada falei q nao se trata nenhum cliente assim. Reclamei da grosseria. O mesmo me chamou de mal educada e me bloqueou !!! Eu vou publicar no meu instagram ate chegar a eles... Eu nao sou de querer prejudicar ninguem... mas que sirva de liçao para essa empresa.... indignada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de comprar vim aqui e li os comentários, muitos negativos, mesmo assim comprei pois era a fábrica mais perto da minha residência. O prazo terminou, entrei em contato e me informaram que eu tinha retirado a mercadoria mas não tinha sido entregue a mim, provavelmente entregaram a outra pessoa ou nem entregaram pois não tem controle de nada. Fui tratado como um golpista que precisa dar golpes em 50 caixas de papelão. O "Dono" que trabalha no local é um péssimo comerciante, trato os clientes como lixo, grosso e nem um pouco humilde, jamais reconhecerá um erro. Agora vou dar mais valor as avaliações das empresas.
Não recomendo. Pior situação vivida por mim, ser tratado como golpista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa que tem esse tipo de atitude na forma como responde os clientes realmente não dá pra levar a sério. Pensei que já tinha visto de tudo, profissionalismo zero pra lhe dar com o público. Mas é bom mostrar que são uns sem noção, que assim a gente não compra e não indica pra ninguém . Afinal, a forma como dão as respostas mostra que vocês não precisam de clientes.

Eu comprei uma vez, a princípio pelo mercado livre, cancelaram minha compra e pediram contato pelo WhatsApp. Fizemos, fechamos a compra mas em todo momento o atendimento é seco, parece que estão nos dando as caixas. Tentei fazer uma nova compra, como já tinha o contato...realmente dessa vez mostrei minha indignação com o atendimento. Me limitei a falar que era péssimo. Recebi como resposta falas do tipo de uma pessoa Lady Kate do zorra, aquela mesma que tira a calcinha enfiada na banda antes de brigar. Senhor, esse nível.
