★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema com uma transferência de contrato e contas que perdurou por mais de um ano e quase todos os atendimentos foram péssimos. O último foi extremamente grosseiro, mal educado a ponto da pessoa que me atendia desligar o telefone na minha cara. Recomendo que fiquem bem longe dessa imobiliária. Triste.

Aparentemente além de um péssimo atendimento, a Embradil tem problemas de interpretação. Em nenhum momento coloquei a culpa na empresa, minha avaliação se refere ao péssimo atendimento, o qual parece perdurar por aqui pois se fez necessário o uso de letras em CapsLock por qual motivo?
Se tivessem um mínimo de profissionalismo tratariam os clientes com mais respeito.
Não é a toa que antes da minha avaliação já era 3 estrelas, mas na minha opinião é zero.
I had a problem with a transfer of contracts and accounts that lasted for more than a year and almost all calls were terrible. The latter was extremely rude, ill-mannered to the point that the person answering me hung up on me. I recommend that you stay well away from this real estate. Sad.

Vocês são completamente ignorantes ao telefone a falar com mulheres, não escutam, falam por cima, são irônicos e até para responder aqui, simulam berros em caixa alta. Vocês são completamente descontrolados e anti profissionais. Galera, não façam negócio com essa empresa.
Terrible attendance. They did not return and ignore my emails leaving the apartment. Coarse telephone service, misogynistic and without any professionalism. They will sink if they continue to treat their customers that way.
