★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com um problema sério desde terça feira, 03/11/2020, por volta de 15h fiquei sem conexão e até esse exato momento, sexta feira, 06/11/2020, nada foi feito, o suporte responde uma mensagem robótica que diz "seu nome está na lista para a manutenção" mas não aparece ninguém há 4 dias!
Não recomendo essa empresa pois o suporte técnico deles deixa muito a desejar!
I've had a serious problem since Tuesday, 11/3/2020, around 3pm I was disconnected and until that exact moment, Friday, 11/6/2020, nothing was done, the support responds to a robotic message that says " your name is on the maintenance list "but no one has been there for 4 days!
I do not recommend this company because their technical support leaves a lot to be desired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, o atendimento é péssimo. Não atendem o telefone, fi am online no WhatsApp veem sua msg e não respondem, quando respondem é 2/3 hrs depois.
I do not recommend, the service is terrible. They don't answer the phone, they go online on WhatsApp, they see your message and don't answer, when they answer it's 2/3 hrs later.
