★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um jaleco branco lá. O tecido é de boa qualidade e fui bem atendido. O preço é justo. Eles ainda oferecem serviços para bordar brasões e o nome da pessoa no jaleco. A loja é bem localizada.
I bought a white coat there. The fabric is of good quality and I was well attended. The price is right. They even offer services to embroider coats of arms and the person's name on the lab coat. The store is well located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um jaleco, mandei o nome por WhatsApp para não ter dúvida.. bordaram o nome errado e ainda foram bem pouco cordiais, atendente se mostrou irritada por ter que "bordar tudo de novo". Atrasou, então, 1 semana a entrega e, quando chegou, o espaçamento das letras do bordado veio bizarro, e o jaleco, com várias manchas.. entrei em contato com a empresa, cuja solução foi pedir que eu levasse o jaleco para tirar as manchas DE UM JALECO NOVO QUE EU AINDA NEM USEI. Enfim.. não compraria de novo.
I bought a lab coat, I sent the name via WhatsApp so there was no doubt about it... they embroidered the wrong name and they were still very unfriendly, the attendant was irritated at having to "embroider everything again". So the delivery was delayed for 1 week and, when it arrived, the spacing of the embroidery letters was bizarre, and the coat, with several stains... I contacted the company, whose solution was to ask me to take the coat to remove the blemishes FROM A NEW JACKET THAT I HAVEN'T EVEN USED. Anyway... wouldn't buy it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confiei que a empresa ia fazer um bom trabalho mas foi este bordado abaixo que fizeram nas minhas camisetas novinhas. O bordado completamente torto e mal feito. A atendente do balcão foi muito solicita e iria refazer pra mim de uma forma melhor, mas o gerente da loja barrou e disse que se fosse refeito iria ficar igual. Ou seja, o trabalho da loja é mal feito mesmo. Amadorismo total... Não recomendo essa loja nunca nunca nunca. Passem longe. Empresas de qualidade solucionam os problemas e entregam excelência pro cliente, essa prefere entregar um serviço de qualquer jeito. O que mais me assusta é terem coragem de me apresentar essas peças como um produto finalizado.
I trusted that the company would do a good job but it was this embroidery below that they did on my brand new t-shirts. The embroidery is completely crooked and poorly done. The counter attendant was very solicitous and would redo it for me in a better way, but the store manager stopped it and said that if it was remade it would be the same. That is, the work of the store is really poorly done. Total amateurism... I do not recommend this shop ever ever ever. Go far. Quality companies solve problems and deliver excellence to the customer, this one prefers to deliver a service anyway. What scares me the most is having the courage to present these pieces to me as a finished product.

Todavia, achei que a demora em enviar orçamento e também para entregar o serviço foi além do prazo regular da concorrência.
Recomendo o local pelo atendimento do pessoal da linha de frente!?
