★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aluguem imóveis por essa imobiliária. Só veem o interesse dos proprietários e os inquilinos saem muito prejudicados. Tivemos muitos problemas no processo de entrega do apartamento. Na vistoria, apesar de termos feito melhorias, a imobiliária disse que o documento de vistoria antigo era muito subjetivo e que o proprietário poderia interpretar como bem entendesse. O advogado Eduardo disse que a preferência é sempre do proprietário e que se a gente tivesse algo contra, deveria entrar na justiça para reclamar. Demorou 1 mês para recebermos a devolução da caução, pois a imobiliária se ausentou de tudo. Por isso, não aluguem por ela. Funcionário Alexandre não atende às ligações e não responde mensagens. Advogado Eduardo é grosseiro.

Lawyer Eduardo said that the preference is always for the owner and that if we had something against it, we should go to court to complain. It took 1 month for us to return the security deposit, as the real estate agent was absent from everything. So don't rent it. Employee Alexandre does not answer calls and does not answer messages. Lawyer Eduardo is rude.
