★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos no atendimento! Péssimos mesmo! Fica parecendo que a pessoa está pedindo algo. Deixaram muitooo a desejar. Eu estava querendo fechar com eles, mas visualizavam as mensagens e não respondia, ficava online e simplesmente ignoravam.

Depois por whatsApp me encaminharam a falar com Sr. Fernando que também esclareceu as minhas dúvidas e foi profissional inicialmente e somente inicialmente, porém quando finalizei o design para confecção do clichê e enviei uma mensagem, o mesmo me deixou em visto. Se antes de pagar está assim, imagine pagando depois. Meu pedido era de 500 caixas, algo bem pequeno, acredito. Não posso estar implorando para obter um serviço. Levem em conta isso antes de entrar em contato com eles. Há um review anterior que informa uma situação parecida há 4 semanas. Logo, parece que é o habitual deles. Eu perdi tempo em entrar em contato. Não percam o seu valioso tempo. Vejam as fotos e poderão constatar como é o atendimento.
