Durante a mudança retiraram a minha adega (funcionando normalmente) do endereço de origem e entregaram a mesma sem funcionar no endereço de destino. Para minha surpresa a EMD diz que o problema não ocorreu no transporte, o que não é verdade, e que não cobre esse tipo de problema. Tive um outro contratempo que resolveram numa boa (fundo do sofá rasgado), espero o mesmo tipo de atitude para o fato narrado.
I had a change experience that would be good if it weren't for horrible after sales. During the move, they removed my cellar (normally working) from its original address and delivered it without working to the destination address. To my surprise EMD says that the problem did not occur in the transport, which is not true, and that it does not cover this type of problem. I had another setback which they resolved in a good way (the bottom of the torn sofa), I hope the same kind of attitude for the narrated fact.
