Achei o ambiente da clínica estranho entre os próprios funcionários, em especial entre a recepcionista tatiana e Patricia.
Consulta barata, mas gastei quase 1000 reais por uma emergência. Paguei a consulta de 80 mais o raio x de 60 e o acesso do meu dente 650. Esses valores são incompatíveis com o justo do conselho regional considerando que foi feito algo provisório. Me orientaram para depois o canal ser mais 1400 reais e a coroa 2500…quase 5.000 em um único dente. Não sou contra esse alto valor, mas deveria ser orientado desde o início.
A dentista me atendeu bem, mas a estrutura física do local não é compatível com os valores.
Tirei foto do banheiro que estava com a pia quebrada colada com durex.
Resolvi a questão de dor, mas não foi um ambiente que eu voltaria. Achei tudo muito velho, pouco profissional e confuso e quando fui pedir um desconto me deram um abatimento de 30 reais pagando à vista. Parece piada.

I found the atmosphere of the clinic strange among the employees themselves, especially between the receptionist Tatiana and Patricia.

The dentist took care of me well, but the physical structure of the place is not compatible with the values.
I took a picture of the bathroom that had the broken sink glued with tape.
I resolved the pain issue, but it was not an environment I would go back to. I found everything very old, unprofessional and confusing and when I went to ask for a discount they gave me a discount of 30 reais paying in cash. It looks like a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca na minha vida senti tanta dor de dente. Fui na clínica indicada por um amigo que é paciente. O atendimento, o lugar todo limpo e higienizado, devido à pandemia de COVID-19 me deixou surpreendida. Ganhei confiança para entrar no consultório, me foi passado o diagnóstico da dor. Descobriram que foi um atendimento de 10 anos atrás que não deu certo, feito em outro consultório. O profissional me acalmou, aplicou anestesia, o que me dá pavor, mas deu certo.
O ambiente é bem familiar, tranquilo e profissional. Parecia que iria sentir algo bom após a emergência. Fui atendido ontem, por volta das 19 horas, graças a Deus.
Acordei sem dor hoje e satisfeita por tudo ter se resolvido.
Estou feliz e vou fazer minha consulta de revisão e ver meus tratamentos anteriores pois dor de dente é horrível. Já tice dores renais mas dor de dente me surpreendeu. Recomendo a todos esta Clínica pois são atenciosos, dinâmicos e altamente profisdionais.
A saúde bucal realmente é importante para a qualidade de vida ❤
I have never had such a toothache in my life. I went to the clinic recommended by a friend who is a patient. The service, the whole place clean and sanitized, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, surprised me. I gained confidence to enter the office, I was given the diagnosis of pain. They found out that it was a service from 10 years ago that didn't work, done in another office. The professional calmed me down, applied anesthesia, which terrifies me, but it worked.
The atmosphere is very familiar, calm and professional. It looked like it would feel good after the emergency. I was attended to yesterday, around 19:00, thank God.
I woke up pain free today and satisfied that everything was resolved.
I'm happy and I'm going to have my review appointment and see my previous treatments because the toothache is horrible. I already have kidney pain but toothache surprised me. I recommend this Clinic to everyone because they are attentive, dynamic and highly professional.
Oral health is really important for quality of life ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava Com muita dor, Liguei para varias Clinicas no Ano novo , e estavam Tudo fechado , A unica que consegui ligar e me atender foi a clinica da tijuca Equipe Kruger.
A recepcionista me passou o horário e fui atendido no horário exato que ela me passou, Fiquei muito Feliz pela eficiência dos funcionários e profissionais. Sem contar da Educação assim quando eu cheguei e da postura do profissional.
Entrei na sala de emergência com Uniforme ANTI-COVID, Verificaram minha temperatura, Colocação de Álcool Gel em minhas mãos. Confesso que estava com muito medo, mas passou logo em seguida apos o protocolo Estabelecido pela Clinica , Contra COVID, Pois perdi muitos Familiares e amigos com esta pandemia.
A Dra. Foi muito Eficaz para descobrir o Diagnostico com o Raio X , A profissional claramente é muito experiente e da pra perceber que Ama o que faz, pois isso é muito Raro . Graças a Deus salvaram minha vida, Pois eu não sabia mais o que fazer mediante a tanta DOR.
Irei retornar para revisão e com toda certeza fazer o meu tratamento ! sou casado e irei levar minha esposa junto comigo para poder fazer uma avaliação. Obrigado mais uma vez a toda EQUIPE , SUPER INDICO !!!
I was in a lot of pain, I called several Clinics in the New Year, and they were all closed, The only one I was able to call and answer me was the clinic of Tijuca Team Kruger.
The receptionist gave me the schedule and I was attended to at the exact time she gave me. I was very happy with the efficiency of the staff and professionals. Not to mention Education when I arrived and the attitude of the professional.
I entered the emergency room with ANTI-COVID Uniform, They checked my temperature, Placement of Alcohol Gel on my hands. I confess that I was very scared, but it passed soon after the protocol established by the Clinic, Against COVID, because I lost many family and friends with this pandemic.
The Dr. was very effective in discovering the diagnosis with the X-ray, the professional is clearly very experienced and you can see that she loves what she does, as this is very rare. Thank God they saved my life, Because I didn't know what else to do with so much pain.
I will return for review and for sure do my treatment! I am married and I will take my wife with me so I can do an evaluation. Thanks again to the whole TEAM, SUPER INDICO !!!

Liguei para a clinica em pleno domingo após almoço e fui muito bem atendida, época também de férias e com a alta do vírus Covid pensei que não fosse conseguir atendimento e realmente não saberia o que fazer, visto que, estava com muita dor e não estava mais aguentando aquela situação.
Amei a doutora que foi hiper atenciosa e através da radiografia conseguiu dar o diagnostico preciso para me tirar da fase aguda da dor. E importante também ressaltar a limpeza do ambiente e os cuidados com a Covid. Tudo era descartável a começar com a roupa para entrar na sala, pantufa nos pés e touca na cabeça. Dessa forma, senti segurança em todos os sentidos e credibilidade em todo atendimento. As meninas da recepção são maravilhosas também na qual foram acolhedoras e consegui ficar calma e segura.
Agradeço a todos pelo carinho e atenção e não poderia deixar de elogiar um lugar incrível e acolher !!!! Sem contar também que me ajudaram com todo processo de reembolso do meu plano adontologico no qual no momento que mais precisei não consegui atendimento e me deixou na Mao.
Graças a Deus consegui atendimento na clinica e fui muito bem atendida e não poderia de deixar meu feedback de toda Equipe Kruger!!! Obrigadaaaaa e super recomendo
I want to congratulate you on the quick and efficient service. I called the clinic in the middle of Sunday after lunch and I was very well attended, also on vacation time and with the Covid virus high I thought I would not get care and I really wouldn't know what to do, since I was in a lot of pain and wasn't enduring that situation.
I loved the doctor who was super attentive and through the radiography managed to give the precise diagnosis to take me out of the acute phase of pain. It is also important to highlight the cleaning of the environment and the care of Covid. Everything was disposable, starting with the clothes to enter the room, slippers on the feet and cap on the head. That way, I felt security in every way and credibility in every service. The girls at the reception are wonderful too in which they were welcoming and I managed to stay calm and safe.
I thank everyone for the affection and attention and I couldn't help but praise an amazing place and welcome !!!! Not to mention also that they helped me with the entire reimbursement process of my dental plan in which at the moment I needed it most I couldn't get care and left me at Mao.
Thank God I got service at the clinic and I was very well attended and I couldn't leave my feedback from the entire Kruger Team!!! Thank you and I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida na clinica no final de semana e fiquei surpresa com o alto padrão de cuidados com a Covid- 19, uso de uniformes para o paciente e assepsia com álcool 70. Senti a diferença do atendimento, pois estava com muita dor de dente e fiz a emergência. Paguei valor justo na consulta e procedimento. A profissional teve uma paciência muito grande comigo, pois estava com medo e sentindo muita dor. Fui super bem atendida por toda equipe e fui atendida no horário marcado e sem aglomeração. Paguei o acesso de emergência no meu dente e a doutora também passou a medicação. Tudo no maior padrão de excelência , pois tinha ciência que era emergência e também para minha surpresa foi marcado revisão onde muitas clinicas ignoram. Na segunda sessão que já esta marcada agora em janeiro estou ciente que farei um tratamento no meu dente, visto que, cheguei na emergência com dente inflamado e com muito pus. Fui recomendada por uma amiga querida que é paciente também e que frequenta a clinica por muito tempo. Vou trazer a minha família para fazer o tratamento e não tenho duvidas em indicar também para os amigos. Tudo é muito limpo e organizado! Parabéns a recepção e toda equipe nota 10!!!!! I felt the difference in care, as I had a lot of toothache and I the emergency. I paid fair value for the consultation and procedure. The professional was very patient with me, because I was afraid and in a lot of pain. I was super well attended by the whole team and I was attended at the appointed time and without agglomeration. I paid for emergency access to my tooth and the doctor also gave me medication. Everything in the highest standard of excellence, as I was aware that it was an emergency and also to my surprise a review was scheduled where many clinics ignore it. In the second session, which is already scheduled in January, I am aware that I will have a treatment on my tooth, since I arrived at the emergency room with an inflamed tooth and a lot of pus. I was recommended by a dear friend who is also a patient and has been at the clinic for a long time. I'm going to bring my family to do the treatment and I have no doubts in recommending it to friends as well. Everything is very clean and organized!
