★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bateria nesse péssimo estabelecimento e no prazo de garantia que vence dia 20/06/21 procurei o local e fui pessimamente atendida pelo dono que disse que não trocaria a bateria, mesmo fazendo o teste e verificando o problema, porque a fábrica não recolheria a bateria em tempo hábil antes do vencimento. Ou seja, o problema dele com a fábrica. Empresa despreparada que só visa a venda e o cliente depois que se exploda. NÃO RECOMENDO A NENHUM PESSOA A IR A ESTE ESTABELECIMENTO.
I bought a battery at this lousy establishment and within the warranty period expiring on 06/20/21 I looked for the place and was poorly attended by the owner who said he would not change the battery, even doing the test and checking the problem, because the factory would not collect the battery in a timely manner before expiration. That is, his problem with the factory. Unprepared company that only aims at the sale and the customer after it explodes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY PERSON TO GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Wonderful service. The owner is super good people and you really solve the car problem. Client for more than a year and I will only go to another if Emerson does not work with that problem. More than I recommend!!!
